Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Disaster Recovery Manager to lead a high-visibility initiative focused on evolving the organization s Disaster Recovery (DR) Policy following the recent CrowdStrike-related events. This role will require a strategic thinker with deep DR experience, the ability to analyze post-incident data, and a polished communicator capable of engaging senior leadership through clear, compelling reporting and storytelling.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Technology Risk.
- Proven experience leading post-incident recovery initiatives and aligning teams around DR improvement efforts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver executive-ready presentations that translate technical detail into strategic messaging.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application platforms to understand risk and recovery implications.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, business continuity and infrastructure teams in a complex enterprise setting.
- Self-starter who can track and report on delivery progress across workstreams without heavy oversight.
- Executive presence with demonstrated success in high-stakes, high-visibility initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills to support insights and drive data-backed decisions.
