RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager II in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
* Facilitate regular stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across departments
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Coordinate with internal and external partners, including government agencies when applicable
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in communications, technology, or related industries
* Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
* PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
* Experience working with government clients or on government-funded projects is a strong plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
