Job Title: Senior Technical Lead Developer
Location: Remote

Job Type: W2/ Fulltime with Infinite Computer Solutions

Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead Developer to work independently as a technical expert for Fiserv s ACH [Automated Clearing House] Hosted and ASP [Application Service Provider] Outsourcing implementations. This role involves providing expert consultation to clients before, during, and after conversion, as well as offering internal technical support. The ideal candidate will analyze client requirements, develop application integration programs/utilities, and provide expertise to the outsourcing organization to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze client requirements and determine conversion needs for Fiserv s ACH Hosted and ASP Outsourcing implementations.
  2. Develop and configure product-based or customized technology solutions as per technical specifications.
  3. Design, code, install, and maintain system software programs and applications.
  4. Evaluate system needs of internal and external clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Serve as the primary client interface from a technical perspective, ensuring smooth communication and support.
  6. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues related to application design specifications.
  7. Provide technical assistance to clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
  8. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical issue resolution and client support.
  9. Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices from design through deployment.
  10. Contribute to technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
  1. Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
  1. 7+ years of experience in software development, application architecture, and integration projects.
  2. Experience working with ACH operations and PEP [Premium Electronic Payment]+ products (preferred).
  3. Proven expertise in client-facing roles and ability to manage technical engagements effectively.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Distributed Systems Experience:
  1. Strong experience with Windows, Linux, AIX, or Unix Server Platforms.
  2. Expertise in WebLogic or WebSphere application servers.
  3. Proficiency in Apache or IIS Web Servers.
  4. Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and DB2 databases.
  5. Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ.
  6. Expertise in SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML technologies.
  7. Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols, firewall architectures, and security systems.
Mainframe Systems Experience:
  1. Knowledge of VSAM, DB2 file structures.
  2. Experience with TCP/IP communication protocols on mainframes.
  3. Proficiency in JCL, RACF, and other mainframe utilities.
  4. Experience with IBM CICS Transaction Server.
  5. Understanding of COBOL or other mainframe programming languages.
General Functional Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  2. Ability to integrate product knowledge with technical expertise.
  3. Experience working with third-party systems and vendor integrations.
  4. Familiarity with banking and financial services business processes.
  5. Ability to learn and adapt to new applications and platforms quickly.
  6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
