A Senior Systems Engineer is needed to provide design, engineering, technical implementation, and support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC). The role involves enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functionality, requiring a skilled technical engineering resource.
<>Key Responsibilities:</>Engineering & Technical Support: Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for UCCX, CUCM, and CUC.
Process & Service Design: Develop process design and service design package documentation for UCCX.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Support Telephony Services staff with training and knowledge sharing.
Hybrid Work Schedule: Must be onsite two days a week from day one (no remote-only option).
Availability: May require weekend or after-hours work as needed.
Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX): 5+ years
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): 5+ years
Cisco Unity Connection (CUC): 5+ years
Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial.
