Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Digital Lead to spearhead analytics and search optimization efforts for our global intranet platform, Colleague Connect. The successful candidate will utilize data-driven insights and advanced AI technologies to enhance user experience, optimize search capabilities, and drive ongoing platform improvements. This role demands deep expertise in intranet analytics, search technologies, AI integration, and user behavior analysis, coupled with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with development and AI teams in delivering innovative solutions.

Senior Digital Lead

We will count on you to:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor intranet usage, engagement, and content performance, delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
  • Design and execute search strategies to improve relevance, accuracy, and user satisfaction, collaborating with IT, content, and AI teams to optimize search configurations and algorithms.
  • Partner with AI and development teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-driven tools and solutions that enhance search relevance, content recommendations, and overall user experience.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering user feedback and analyzing engagement metrics to enhance search discoverability and content findability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and content teams to align analytics and search strategies with organizational goals and provide training on analytics tools.

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in intranet analytics, search strategy, or related roles with strong expertise in tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, tyGraph, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and related search technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and executing search optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with AI tools, natural language processing, machine learning, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $136,700 to $273,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
