Job Details

Join a high-impact, rapid response team supporting the deployment of a new data center facility. This is a hands-on technical role requiring advanced troubleshooting, hardware expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be part of a specialized team responsible for building and maintaining critical infrastructure powering cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data center operations to ensure uptime and reliability
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis of failures
  • Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking equipment
  • Develop scripts for hardware updates (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory and documentation
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams
  • Participate in occasional travel to other data center sites as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of data center experience
  • Strong computer hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Networking experience (Cisco IOS, Juniper JunOS)
  • Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Linux OS proficiency
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
