Location: North Carolina (Hybrid 3 days onsite) / Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team and support automation initiatives across web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, hands-on experience with Selenium, and the ability to leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and automation productivity.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.

Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to identify automation opportunities.

Execute automated test suites and analyze results to ensure application quality.

Implement best practices for automation frameworks, version control, and CI/CD integration.

Utilize Copilot or AI-assisted development tools to enhance automation efficiency.

Troubleshoot test failures and work with developers to resolve defects.

Prepare documentation for automation processes, standards, and reporting.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Selenium and test automation frameworks.

Good understanding of automation concepts, scripting, and test methodologies.

Experience using Copilot or similar AI-based development tools is a plus.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and related tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a hybrid team environment with strong communication skills.
