What You'll Do:
  • Lead the transition to modern VoIP systems while maintaining robust telecom support.
  • Work alongside a seasoned Network Engineer to manage network administration and firewall systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize telecom and network issues, creating seamless experiences for users.
  • Document, map, and manage telecom lines and systems for efficiency and future growth.

What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience with legacy telephony systems (e.g., ShoreTel or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of modern VoIP platforms (e.g., Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral).
  • Foundational networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
  • Effective communicator with strong documentation and training abilities.
  • A driven, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
