Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior RPA Consultant / Architect with a strong background in Blue Prism to lead our automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions at scale. You will be responsible for creating scalable automation architectures, mentoring teams, and guiding enterprise-level RPA transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery using Blue Prism, from requirement gathering to solution deployment and support.

  • Design enterprise-grade, reusable RPA architecture aligned with best practices and business goals.

  • Develop and review complex Blue Prism process automations and ensure high-quality coding standards.

  • Perform architecture assessments and recommend best-fit solutions for scalability, security, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define process flows.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers and help build a center of excellence (CoE) for RPA.

  • Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems and third-party tools (APIs, databases, etc.).

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, PDDs, SDDs, and operational manuals.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational policies in automation solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in production environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in RPA and at least 3+ years hands-on in Blue Prism.

  • Blue Prism Developer Certification (mandatory); Blue Prism Solution Designer or Architect Certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

  • Proven experience integrating RPA with ERP systems, web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and databases.

  • Experience with control room administration, scheduling, and bot monitoring.

  • Knowledge of other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in AI/ML integration with RPA solutions.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies.

  • Understanding of business process mapping and Lean Six Sigma.
