Test & Evaluation Engineer (Associate or Experienced)

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the F/A-18 program (and possibly other programs) as a Test Program Integrator (TPI) - coordinating with the Boeing program office, the US Navy, and the applicable BT&E functions to estimate, plan, and execute laboratory and flight test efforts.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Experienced level Test & Evaluation Engineers.

Position Responsibilities Include:
- Support the development and verification of test methods
- Develop detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
- Develop solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact
- Design test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements
- Use analytical tools to verify the design. Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements
- Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer
- Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements.
- Present test results internally
- Archive data and reports
- Train others
- Work under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Experience in the areas of developmental test, automotive or aerospace engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
- 1+ years of experience do you have with ALL aspects of systems engineering - proposal, requirements/specifications design, analysis, development, test, verification/validation, and operations (field testing and deployment)
- End-to-end experience in a technical role on multiple flight demonstrator programs, from inception through engineering and production into test and knowledge capture
