Position Overview:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst Advanced to manage and maintain the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Snowflake Data Cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for system administration, platform optimization, ETL/ELT pipeline management, CI/CD integration, and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and analytics readiness across statewide projects.
This position requires advanced expertise in data integration, secure agent management, cloud data warehouse operations, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Informatica IDMC services including:
Administrator, Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Profiling, Application Integration, API CenterManage deployment, configuration, and upgrades of Informatica Secure Agents on RHEL servers
Implement agent failover, load balancing, secure communications (TLS/SSL), and cipher suite management
Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins) for deployment of IDMC assets across multiple environments
Manage SSO administration using SAML for user access, roles, and security policies
Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance; collaborate with infrastructure, security, and data teams to resolve issues
Perform Secure Agent health checks, configure log rotation, integrate with enterprise monitoring tools, and manage patching via CLI and shell scripting
Provide platform support for Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) services
Support the Snowflake Data Cloud platform, including administration, performance tuning, and security management
Develop and maintain data warehouse models for reporting and analytics, working with tools like Power BI and Cognos
Coordinate with development teams on ETL/ELT best practices and pipeline optimization
Document platform operations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides
Stay current with Informatica Cloud and Snowflake enhancements, and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and automation
