Communications Specialist

Join the corporate supply chain team of this tech giant as a Communications Specialist, where your work will focus on developing messages, writing, and editing key content. You will play a vital role in executing weekly communication plans and delivering essential information to a global workforce, including executive-level internal communications.

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive weekly communication plans.
• Create and edit high-quality content for internal platforms, ensuring all messaging aligns with corporate strategy and branding.
• Write, edit, and finalize key internal publications, including monthly and annual team newsletters.
• Implement and track robust employee recognition programs to celebrate team achievements across the organization.

Communication plan development (2-4 years required)

Experience working in a global team (handling diverse time zones and audiences) (2-4 years required)

Technical proficiency with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage) and AI experience for automating or standardizing communication processes (2-4 years required)

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Experience in Corporate Communication, specifically in supply chain.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (including executive).

Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.

2-4 years of related professional experience in a communications role.

Proven experience developing and executing communication plans.

Technical proficiency with Microsoft communication tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a global environment, supporting audiences across multiple time zones.

Prior experience in Corporate Communication, especially within a supply chain or product-focused organization.

Familiarity with leveraging AI to automate or streamline communication processes.
