We are seeking O365 Engineers to join an on-site team delivering mission-driven government support. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Azure identity solutions and synchronization services.
• Support O365 deployments, configuration, and workload/application migrations.
• Implement governance and policy for Azure and O365 environments.
• Leverage automation (e.g., PowerShell, ISD solutions) for administration and scalability.
• Manage Exchange and SharePoint data migrations and protection strategies.
• Operate and optimize security tools including Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
• Provide operations center support as needed, including troubleshooting and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with government security and governance standards.

Must Have's:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MPO). Must meet eligibility requirements for access to U.S. government systems and facilities.

Azure Skills

• Identity planning, design, and implementation
• Azure deployments (identity, synchronization, and some networking)
• Azure security: Microsoft Sentinel and Defender
• Governance and policy review for Azure environments

O365 Skills

• O365 implementation and configuration
• Governance and policy definition
• O365 automation with PowerShell (including ISD solution reuse)
• Data migrations (Exchange)
• Workload and application migrations
• Data protection (DLP, SharePoint)

Ops Center Support

• Ops Center support for O365 and Azure services, ensuring uptime and mission readiness

Nice to Have's:

• Experience supporting enterprise or government O365/Azure environments
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator/Engineer, Security+
• Proficiency in implementing identity, governance, and security best practices across
• Microsoft cloud environments
• Experience with automation and scripting for cloud administration and scalability
