Tableau Developer (W2 only)

'Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep, with hands-on experience in developing data architecture and pipelines. Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that help our stakeholders explore and understand business data. Need to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions align with business requirements and objectives.

Need to work with large datasets, optimize performance, and implement best practices in data modeling, security, and governance. Experience with Databricks and Snowflake, along with proficiency in SQL-based DBMS, is a key requirement. Pharma or regulated industry experience is a significant plus.

Required skills

'- Strong experience and expertise with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep.

- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines.

- Experienced building web apps and interactive visualizations that focus on data explanation and exploration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

- Deep understanding of Tableau internals, including performance tuning, extracts, and server configuration

- Proficiency in data modeling, including designing star/snowflake schemas and optimizing data sources

- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure efficient data blending and aggregation in Tableau

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights

- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly visual solutions

- Databricks, Snowflake experience.

- Hands on skills with DBMS - SQL server, Oracle, or DB2

- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.Pharma experience is a big plus
