Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer (C/Linux/Oracle) with expertise to serve as the primary SME for all HOST-related activities. This role will bridge communication between offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution, production stability, and continuous system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience in C, Linux, Oracle, RESTful APIs, Git.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle schema design and integration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams onsite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Networking concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps (GitHub Actions).
  • Swagger/Postman, Jira, Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
