responsibilities:
- Own the entire delivery lifecycle for MERGE's comprehensive catalog of offerings, ensuring operational excellence, on-time execution, and unparalleled client satisfaction. This includes directly managing the program management department.
- Champion flexible delivery frameworks, creating structures that empower diverse teams (Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Content, and Experience Design) without introducing bureaucracy, and tailoring approaches to meet unique client needs.
- Lead, inspire, and grow high-performing cross-functional delivery teams across various disciplines and geographies, including nearshore and offshore resources.
- Foster a culture of ownership, intention, and continuous improvement, empowering team leads to take full accountability for client outcomes and providing coaching to build enterprise-grade leadership.
- Develop and codify innovative delivery frameworks, staffing models, and optimized tools in partnership with the Casting department, designed to reduce complexity, increase margin, and drive resource utilization targets.
- Partner seamlessly with Finance and Operations to define crucial delivery KPIs, set clear expectations, and meticulously track performance against targets to maximize impact and elevate client satisfaction.
- Activate a "productization" mindset in delivery, focusing on innovative methodologies and scalable solutions, not just what is delivered, but how it is delivered.
- Collaborate with internal innovation teams (Innovation Garage, xOffering, and AI teams) to pilot and integrate emerging capabilities like automation, platform enablement, and AI-enhanced delivery.
- Champion the adoption of applied AI and automation across all service lines to significantly drive efficiency and evolve the delivery operating model.
- Deeply understand client objectives, business context, and success criteria, maintaining a sharp focus on tangible outcomes over mere process adherence.
- Leverage strategic frameworks like "As-Is to To-Be" to clearly communicate value and transformation to clients.
- Partner effectively with Client Services, Strategy, and Growth leaders to ensure delivery is perfectly aligned with client objectives and vertical needs.
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across all teams involved in complex, cross-disciplinary engagements.
- Lead critical client delivery escalations and serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts when strategic leadership is required.

qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive delivery leadership experience across professional services, consulting, agency, or technology environments.
- A consulting background is highly preferred, with a strong emphasis on delivering flexible and outcome-driven results.
- Demonstrated success scaling operations and managing large, cross-functional teams in high-growth, complex businesses.
- Extensive experience with global delivery models (including nearshore/offshore) and a proven track record of building centers of excellence.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to model margin, manage utilization, and optimize delivery to significantly drive EBITDA.
- Exceptional executive presence, capable of influencing, aligning, and collaborating effectively across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and with client C-suites.
- Proven ability to drive transformation through technology, automation, and organizational change.
- Comfort navigating and interpreting contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring delivery consistently aligns with scope, timeline, and value.
