Your Mission:
As a Network Engineer for the Classified IT Operations and Transformation initiatives, you will be instrumental in implementing, integrating, and supporting cutting-edge, multi-site classified network solutions. You will be part of a spectacular team dedicated to program network efforts and activities. In this role, you will:

Develop, maintain, and provide support for OneLM networks and platform services, in both Classified and Unclassified projects.
Support IT, Classified Cybersecurity, Program Security requirements to maintain local and government compliance authorization efforts.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, both physical and virtual.
Coordinate network equipment and cable infrastructure installations, configurations and administrations duties.
Generate system documentation including Diagrams, Rack Elevations, Plate/Panel Details, Electrical load specification.
Troubleshoot both LM and industry partner designated program equipment and supporting network equipment.
Provide tiered troubleshooting within the scope of a Problem Management and Network Management System.
Work with customers and internal personnel to manage related IT projects and provide customer service and technical support.

*** The position requires an active DoD Top Secret security clearance prior to start, with ability and willingness to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly. How about Fridays off? This role is scoped on a 4x10 schedule! All work must be performed on-site in our secure facility in Orlando, FL - and may include some occasional off-shift hours, weekends, and limited travel.

Basic Qualifications

Top Secret Clearance; ability and willingness to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/ Poly
Engineering background and 4+ years of experience with:
Set up and maintenance of network switches and routers
WAN/LAN technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN, and routing protocols, VPN, Firewall configuration and filtering
Network design, network hardware procurement, network integration, and maintenance
Troubleshooting network anomalies and failures
Demonstrated experience designing, configuring and installing information systems that include Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Linux Operating Systems, VMware, network routers/switches, physical and virtual servers, and data storage systems.
Demonstrated experience with issue tracking tools such as ServiceNow/Service Central, JIRA.
Experience with DOD requirements and processes including experience with DoD Risk Management Framework requirements within classified environments.
Understanding of Infrastructure Operations (Windows, Linux, and Network) and Cybersecurity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to successfully explain procedures in writing or verbally.

Desired skills

Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience with Cisco ACI, DNS, DHCP, Subnets, L2 and L3 VLANs.
Network+ Certification.
Working knowledge of Data Centers.
Professional technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or IT management.
Strong understanding of information security trends and current industry focus areas.
Technical experience with vulnerability management, normal infrastructure/perimeter protections, information technology best practices.
Experience supporting multiple customers to include personnel at remote sites.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
