Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Agile Coaching Enablement Provide coaching to Agile teams Product Owners and leadership to instill Agile values principles and practices.
  • Insurance Domain Expertise Align Agile practices with regulatory and operational needs specific to the insurance sector.
  • Dynamics 365 Integration Support Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure Agile delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions including CRM and ERP modules.
  • Training Workshops Design and deliver Agile training programs workshops and learning sessions tailored to various roles and maturity levels.
  • Enterprise Agility Guide the organization through Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe LeSS or ScrumScale.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of experimentation feedback and iterative improvement across teams and processes.
  • Agile Metrics Reporting Establish and track Agile metrics to measure team performance Agile maturity and transformation progress.
Qualifications:
  • Experience 5 years as an Agile Coach with significant experience in the insurance industry and Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Certifications ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching ICPACC SAFe Program Consultant SPC Certified Enterprise Coach CEC or equivalent.
  • Skills Strong facilitation coaching and leadership skills Deep understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.
  • Technical Knowledge Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM ERP and CCaaS platforms.
  • Education Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.
