Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Platforms Technology Group. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital products that enhance customer experiences. You will work within a Scrum team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using a diverse technology stack. Key Responsibilities Participate in design discussions, analysis, and development of quality code aligned with architecture standards. Collaborate with Squad Leads, Scrum Masters, Analysts, QA professionals, Architects, and Developers to deliver impactful features. Engage in technical and design discussions, contributing to architectural decisions and engineering standards. Build and maintain server-side and client-side components using modern frameworks and technologies. Support incident management and issue troubleshooting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share solutions across teams. Required Qualifications BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Strong critical thinking skills and a desire for continuous learning and growth. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in scalable and maintainable solution design. Passion for mentoring and promoting engineering best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile Scrum teams. Exposure to financial services or enterprise-level digital platforms. Technical Skills Server-side: Java, Spring, RESTful services, Camel. Client-side: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS, Struts. Tools & Practices: CI/CD, Agile methodologies, incident management. Bonus: Experience in financial services applications. Education: Bachelors Degree
