RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Product Manager to lead our product demonstration and general product operations efforts. This role is critical in showcasing our product's value to potential customers at events and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product management, a passion for compelling product narratives, and a proven track record of optimizing operational processes.

Duties:
* Define and execute the strategy for product demos, ensuring they are impactful, relevant, and tailored to various audiences and event types
* Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop and maintain an up-to-date library of demo assets and scenarios
* Oversee the preparation and execution of product demonstrations at key industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
* Establish and manage a robust process for collecting feedback on product demos and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement
* Lead initiatives to streamline product development and launch processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks
* Develop and implement best practices for product operations, including release management, feature flagging, and data analytics integration
* Mentor and guide product managers and other team members on best practices in product demonstrations and operational excellence
* Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our demo strategies and product operations remain cutting-edge

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration). Master's degree preferred
* 10+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on product demonstrations, go-to-market strategies, or product operations
* Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
