Job Details

A Home Health company in the DFW area is looking to grow their team and bring on a Tier1/2 Help Desk Specialist.

They are ideally looking for someone with experience in providing support for Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10/11, PC hardware, printing, peripherals, mobile devices, remote access, and productivity applications (Office 365, Adobe, Zoom, etc.). LAN/WAN Networking technologies and cabling is a plus.

This is a 4 day onsite with 1-day remote opportunity in Irving, TX. The role will be full time or potentially contract to hire. Required Skills & Experience
  • Prior support experience with addressing T1/2 end user needs.
  • Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10/11, PC hardware, printing, peripherals, mobile devices, remote access, and productivity applications (Office 365, Adobe, Zoom, etc.).
The Offer
  • Hourly rate for contract to hire.
  • Salary + Benefits upon conversion to FTE
