This a Mid-Level GIS Analyst/Help Desk support contractor which provides excellent verbal communication and technical assistance and support to the GIS Unit. This position serves as a primary resource for the GIS Unit help desk and will actively be engaged in communicating directly with customers, gathering intelligence related to customer complaints, troubleshooting technical problems, documenting problems in ServiceNow, assigning tickets to other GIS Unit teams. Position requires skills utilizing ArcGIS Pro, GIS analysis, customer service, familiarity with linear referencing solutions, and familiarity with ArcGIS Online.
