Description and Location
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking and Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly transform complex information into impactful presentations for senior stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with technology solutions and drive initiatives forward with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business insights into compelling PowerPoint presentations with speed and precision.
Present findings, proposals, and updates to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and business processes within the Banking and Capital Markets domain.
Work closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing business insights and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Outstanding presentation skills, including proficiency in creating high-impact PowerPoint decks under tight timelines.
Proven experience in Banking and Capital Markets, with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), JIRA, Confluence, and other BA toolsets.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Banking/Capital Markets.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Prior experience presenting to C-level executives or senior leadership.
