Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Northeast Region (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: $58.18-$83.12 per HR

Description:
* Lead the implementation of a fundraising platform using a CRM technology.
* Engage with stakeholders across various departments to foster collaboration.
* Coordinate with partners and personnel to ensure project success.
* Develop communication strategies and deliver impactful presentations.
* Manage project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings to address needs and expectations.
* Ensure effective reporting and communication with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project activities related to the CRM platform implementation.
* Coordinate activities and communication between partners and stakeholders.
* Conduct sessions to understand stakeholder needs comprehensively.
* Implement reporting mechanisms to track progress and performance.
* Lead the project team to foster a collaborative environment.
* Address resource challenges proactively to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
* Minimum of 3 years managing complex CRM projects.
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience using agile methodologies.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in office and project management software.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
