Job Details
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management, operations, and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, and integrations, and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Configure and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows/Flow Designer.

Build custom forms, catalogs, and service portals.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
-
Follow ServiceNow best practices and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Support deployments, upgrades, and post-production issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal / UI Builder.

Knowledge of Integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO).

Understanding of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets and application scope.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certification(s).

Experience with ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping).

Knowledge of HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules.

Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.

Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
