Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management, operations, and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, and integrations, and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Configure and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows/Flow Designer.

  • Build custom forms, catalogs, and service portals.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

  • Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.

  • Follow ServiceNow best practices and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.

  • Support deployments, upgrades, and post-production issues.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

  • Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

  • Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal / UI Builder.

  • Knowledge of Integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO).

  • Understanding of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets and application scope.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certification(s).

  • Experience with ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping).

  • Knowledge of HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules.

  • Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.

  • Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
