Looking for a Help Desk Support person with experience in Micorsoft Office 365
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience with software installation and workstation support
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Know Windows 10 Operating System including setup and configuration
- Know networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling
- Work on first line support troubleshooting; responds to requests for technical assistance
- Work to build out new computer systems and load user profiles.Provide user training and training on Apple devices
- Work to onboard new users and offboarding tasks
- Work to participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation
