Product Owner - Supply Chain Management

Job Summary: The Supply Chain Product Owner (Data & Analytics Focus) is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing supply chain processes through expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). HighJump, and Infor SCM systems. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, leveraging data analytics to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), provide actionable insights, and enhance supply chain performance. The Product Owner collaborates with IT and business teams to ensure systems deliver robust data capabilities aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Data-Driven Product Ownership & Strategy:
* Define and prioritize the product backlog for supply chain systems (Oracle EBS, HighJump, Infor SCM) with a focus on data analytics, reporting, and KP| development.
* Partner with business stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into system requirements for enhanced visibility and decision-making.
* Develop a strategic roadmap for supply chain data solutions, emphasizing actionable insights and process optimization.
* Data Management & Analytics:
* Leverage Oracle EBS modules (e.g. Inventory, Order Management, Procurement) to extract, analyze, and report on supply chain data.
* Utilize High/ump WMS to generate warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory tumover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
* Employ Infor SCM for advanced supply chain analytics, including demand forecasting, supplier performance, and inventory optimization.
* Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPis and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
* Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across integrated systems.
* Business Advisory & KPI Development:
* Act as a trusted advisor to supply chain, procurement. logistics, and finance teams, providing data-anven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Define and monitor KPis (e.g. on-time delivery, cycle time, inventory accuracy, cost-to-serve) to measure supply chain performance.
* Conduct regular business reviews to present insights, identify trends, and propose process improvements based on data analysis.
* Support strategic initiatives, such as demand planning or supplier negotiations, with predictive and prescriptive analytics.
* System Optimization & Integration:
* Collaborate with IT to integrate supply chain systems with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data warehouses Act as the primary point of contact for data-related system issues, coordinating with vendors and IT for resolution.
* Project Management:
* Lead projects focused on data system enhancements, such as new analytics modules, KPI dashboards, or system integrations.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of data-focused initiatives.
* Document processes, configurations, and KPI definitions for ongoing reference and compliance.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology. or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, Oracle EBS, Data Analytics) preferred.
* Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on data analytics and system optimization.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12 or later), particularly in data extraction and reporting from modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
* 2+ years of experience with HighJump WMS, focusing on warehouse data analytics and performance metrics.
* 2+ years of experience with Infor SCM, emphasizing supply chain planning and analytics capabilities.
* Proven ability to develop KPls and provide advisory support to business stakeholders.

Technical Skills:
* Expertise in Oracle EBS data structures, reporting tools, and customization for analytics.
* Proficiency in HighJump WMS for generating warehouse performance reports and metrics.
* Strong knowledge of Infor SCM for supply chain analytics and forecasting.
* Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization techniques.
* Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or similar for querying and analyzing supply chain data.
* Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., APIs, EDI) and data warehousing concepts.
