Job Description – Senior BIP/OTBI Reporting Consultant
Position: Senior BIP / OTBI Reporting Consultant with 401K

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced BIP/OTBI Reporting Consultant with 10–12 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex reports and extracts, with a strong focus on Payroll, 401K, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBI reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Build and maintain HCM Extracts to support payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting.
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll and benefits calculations.
Provide expertise in 401K and payroll reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, validation, and support UAT for developed reports and extracts.
Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for delivered solutions.
Act as an individual contributor, managing deliverables independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
10–12 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.
Proven expertise in BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBI report development.
Strong hands‑on experience with Payroll, 401K, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model and integrations.
Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Self‑driven, able to work independently as an individual contractor.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with US Payroll and Benefits (401K) reporting.
Exposure to compliance and statutory reporting in HCM Cloud.
Experience in end‑to‑end implementation and support projects.
