Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation for a mid-size pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering SAP projects in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements, regulated environments, and the unique needs of mid-size pharma organizations. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Oversee project governance, budget, resource planning, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards throughout the implementation
• Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Manage vendors and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals and milestones

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager leading Greenfield S/4HANA implementations
• Strong background working with mid-size pharmaceutical clients in regulated environments
• Deep understanding of pharma-specific compliance requirements and validation processes (e.g., GxP)
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in complex environments
