What You'll Do:
- Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define product vision.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Craft clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work hand-in-hand with Agile development teams through all phases of the sprint lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and ensure clarity between business and technical teams.
- Oversee the validation of developed features, including coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Communicate product roadmaps, release plans, and progress effectively.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role.
- A strong grasp of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- The ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with backlog management and prioritization.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in financial services, especially banking, is a significant plus.
