Java Developer with GEN AI CoPilot

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with experience in integrating and utilizing Generative AI (GEN AI) tools, specifically CoPilot, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, a keen interest in AI technologies, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Java Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

AI Integration: Integrate GEN AI tools, such as CoPilot, into the development workflow to automate and optimize coding tasks.

Code Review and Optimization: Utilize AI-powered tools to review code, identify potential improvements, and implement best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues, leveraging AI tools to expedite problem-solving.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and AI tool integrations.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Java development, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Java Developer.

Experience with AI tools, particularly CoPilot, is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

Familiarity with AI technologies and tools.

Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
