Join our dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst - Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions between business units and IT teams to align on requirements and objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Create and manage process flows and flow charts to report data to the business.
- Participate in testing and support the implementation process, ensuring all procedures are documented.
- Identify potential solutions and provide input on risks and issues related to business processes.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities align with business requirements.
- Update and create user and technical documentation, ensuring all quality standards are met.
Skills
- Strong experience in managing data migration and creating organized process flows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on statistical analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency in requirement and process tools like Visio, Provision, or similar.
- Ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of business processes and interdependencies of various systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI, LLM, or conversational chatbot technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- BA or BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
