Description:
Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, business requirements, and processes
Create solutions and ServiceNow blueprints
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate them for the development teams
Responsible for facilitating and managing the successful adoptions
Identify best practices for implementing customized needs of internal clients
Assist a team of project managers and application developers with proposals to migrate tools and processes into ServiceNow modules and applications
Regularly meet with application development team to provide technical expertise for implementation of blueprints
Assist project managers with creating custom training needs for various types of operational teams supporting various technical disciplines
Review developed solutions and assist with performance optimization by developing solutions based on user experience
