Job Description:

• We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and knowledge/certification in Agentforce
• This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Experience in program management, organizational change management, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with Tableau or other analytics platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that best leverage the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to align business goals with technical solutions.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance processes.
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with internal and third-party systems.
• Participate in and influence key program and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect track).
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and declarative tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

Bonus Skills:

• Agentforce certification and/or real-world experience
• Knowledge of data governance and security models in Salesforce.
