Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, production, and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure data-driven decision making
Assess and document site capabilities and capacities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
Assist in the design, creation, and rollout of standardized production planning processes that can be applied consistently across all company locations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate data findings and support business objectives
Support process improvement initiatives by providing quantitative analysis and recommendations
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by developing and performing regular data validation and quality checks
Qualifications:
4 year degree or higher
2+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in a Production Planning, SIOP, or Strategic Sourcing role
ERP experience - Epicor experience preferred
Advanced skills using of MS Office Suite applications
Experience using data visualization tools in systems such as Tableau, Power BI
Strong verbal and written communication skills across different levels of the organization, and with external partners
Must be willing to work onsite up to 4 days a week in Madison, WI
Must be able work without sponsorship now or in the future
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
