Position Summary:

• Collaborate closely with data scientists to design and build workflows that bring ML models to life whether it s powering real-time personalization or enhancing batch processing pipelines.
• Rapidly prototype algorithmic solutions using AWS tools, always with scale and performance top of mind.
• Transition prototypes into fully productionized systems using infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Continuously refine and evolve existing ML systems and workflows to increase performance and business impact.
• Work hand-in-hand with data engineering to ensure ML models have timely access to the right data, in the right format.
• Stay sharp keep up with emerging AI tools, AWS services, and architectural patterns in the ML engineering space.
• Align solutions with enterprise standards by partnering with data architecture, governance, and security teams.

Minimum Experience:

• At least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a focus on machine learning or algorithmic systems in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in AWS services you understand how to architect systems for scale, resilience, and speed.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with a solid grasp of SQL, PySpark, and containerized environments using Docker.
• Comfort working with both streaming and batch data processing frameworks.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with collaborative workflows like standups, sprints, and retros.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills you know how to work well with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders alike.
