Salesforce Project Manager

Project Management & Agile Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize user stories and backlog items.
Technical Oversight
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Coordinate integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide cross-functional Agile teams.
- Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in technical project management, with 5+ years in Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, OmniStudio).
- Proven experience in Agile project delivery.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to maintain project scope. They will also be responsible for risk management and project reporting.
Required Skills
Project Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. They should be able to plan, execute, and oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Scope Management: The candidate should have the ability to define and control what is and is not included in the project. This includes identifying the project's objectives, deliverables, and tasks.
Stakeholder Management: The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with and manage the expectations of various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification would be a plus.

Salesforce Platform: Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities can be beneficial.
Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
