We're seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support a high-profile facility in Rapid City, SD. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to be part of innovative projects-including supporting a Virtual Reality Innovation Environment and an upcoming office relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary on-site IT support specialist, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Lead technical setup and support during an office relocation, including workstation configuration and basic cabling.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot VR hardware/software systems in a cutting-edge innovation space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Conduct proactive maintenance and system performance monitoring.
  • Provide clear documentation and updates on technical issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible IT experience
  • Familiarity with programming languages, computing hardware/software, and development tools
  • Basic understanding of network and server support

Preferred Experience:
  • IT experience in programming, integration, or infrastructure
  • Exposure to business processes such as engineering, software development life cycle, and PC support/security

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
