Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site IT support specialist, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Lead technical setup and support during an office relocation, including workstation configuration and basic cabling.
- Maintain and troubleshoot VR hardware/software systems in a cutting-edge innovation space.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Conduct proactive maintenance and system performance monitoring.
- Provide clear documentation and updates on technical issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible IT experience
- Familiarity with programming languages, computing hardware/software, and development tools
- Basic understanding of network and server support
Preferred Experience:
- IT experience in programming, integration, or infrastructure
- Exposure to business processes such as engineering, software development life cycle, and PC support/security
