RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II in Bellevue, WA.
Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented candidate to join the Applied AI team and help build industry-leading technologies that customers will love. This team offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the customer experience and working with latest technology. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our AI agent platform, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar technical consulting roles
* Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management - technical consulting exp is ideal
* Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and architectures
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Superior communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
* Strong documentation and technical writing abilities - (Need to be able to write down customer story, solution provided, best practices, lessons learned, recommendations)
* Generative AI software related
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
