We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in Java and SaaS to join our rapidly expanding Tech Services team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers to present our cutting-edge technical solutions, helping to drive the adoption of our products, and working closely with our sales team to close deals. Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise, and support deal closures.
2. Develop and present customized demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
3. Create and maintain Docker images for our software products.
4. Use Canva and other design tools to create engaging visuals for presentations and proposals.
5. Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to RFPs, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Act as a bridge between the sales team and the engineering team, translating customer needs into technical requirements.
7. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to continuously improve our sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
3. Proven experience with Java, SaaS, Docker images, and Canva.
4. Solid experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineer role, with a track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
5. Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers.
7. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
9. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects.
