Description

We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our NetSuite platform to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to design, integrate, and maintain robust solutions that improve workflows and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Customize and configure NetSuite modules to streamline business processes, including scripting, form creation, and workflow optimization.
Develop and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteScript and middleware tools.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and saved searches to provide actionable business insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring the NetSuite platform operates efficiently and reliably.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training and technical support to end users, promoting effective utilization of NetSuite features.
Maintain system security by managing roles, permissions, and compliance protocols.
Regularly test and implement NetSuite updates to ensure system performance and alignment with business needs.
Proactively recommend and implement system enhancements to optimize performance and scalability.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience working with NetSuite as a developer or analyst.

Proficiency in SuiteScript and NetSuite configuration tools, including workflows, custom forms, and dashboards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience developing and managing API integrations with cloud-based systems.

Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms, along with a solid understanding of business process functions.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

NetSuite certification (Administrator, Developer, or Consultant) is a plus.

The ideal pay rate range is between $55-65/hour W2, depending on candidate qualifications. Must be local to Minnesota and able to work onsite to be considered.
