Job Title: Pega Developer / Architect / Administrator
Location: Remote
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega professional (Developer/Architect/Administrator) to design, develop, administer, and support applications on the Pega Platform. The role involves building scalable BPM and case management solutions while ensuring platform stability and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega Platform

  • Configure Case Types, Flows, Stages, and Business Rules

  • Build user interfaces using Sections, Harnesses, and Portals

  • Develop and manage Data Pages, Data Transforms, and Activities

  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP services

  • Monitor and troubleshoot application and platform issues

  • Perform performance tuning and application optimization

  • Manage deployments, upgrades, and production support

  • Ensure security, access control, and compliance standards

  • Provide technical guidance and documentation

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform

  • Knowledge of BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning

  • Understanding of Pega architecture and rule resolution

  • Experience with integrations and performance tuning

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
