As a Sales Associate Staffing Services, you will be responsible for:
This is an entry-level role that will suit a recent graduate who is interested in getting into a technology-oriented company.
- Build & maintain a pipeline of new potential customers within our target markets
- Establish and build successful and meaningful relationships with clients in the Marketing, Creative, and Technology communities, cross selling our valuable service offerings
- Parlay relationships with existing client and industry contacts to secure new business referrals
Qualifications for the position:
- Work closely with the CEO and Sales Manager of Employvision to engage with our clients.
- Experienced - 1-2 years of staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred. Associate s or bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in performance and metric-based sales environment - cold calling or call center experience speaking with c-level executives a plus.
- A strong communicator - Possess effective written/verbal communication skills; demonstrate strong phone presence.
- Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills are required.
Compensation
- Compensation includes base salary + a lucrative commission, Health Benefits, paid holidays, etc. Outstanding sales performance is also rewarded.
