Job Details

Fully Remote contract opportunity for MS Dynamics Product Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to help improve internal processes and tools across the organization. You ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, design solutions, and optimize workflows acting as both strategist and product owner in an Agile environment.

What You ll Do:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance system efficiency.

  • Own features and functionality across Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, F&O, Marketing).

  • Drive system improvements, integrations, and large-scale migrations (e.g., Salesforce Dynamics).

  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Top Skills:

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead.

  • 4+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, F&O, Marketing).

  • Strong understanding of configuration, implementation, and change management.

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub.

  • Background in process improvement, data mapping, and systems integration.

Nice to Have:

  • Agile or Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).

  • Experience with Five9 and Dynamics integrations.
