Location: Remote
Are you a true hunter who thrives on winning new business, building client relationships from scratch, and driving revenue growth?
We re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager skilled in IT Staffing Sales someone who s strategic, passionate, and relentless about achieving results.
What We re Looking For
- A go-getter with a proven record of bringing in new logos and new business.
- Deep experience in IT Staffing, Solutions/ Services and Consulting sales.
- No job hoppers as we value professionals who demonstrate commitment and long-term vision.
- A strong hunter mentality cold calls, networking, social outreach, referrals you do what it takes to win.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement.
- Must have experience dealing with and selling to clients in Life Sciences and /or Healthcare Industry.
- Must be able to give a 30-60-90 day plan and with confidence and book of business and live reqs within first month itself.
