Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a critical role in providing technical support and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and experience working within a cloud-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and other business applications.
Support cloud-based employee systems and ensure smooth functionality across platforms.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user account setup and configuration.
Perform installations, configurations, and updates for various IT devices, including Mac and Apple products.
Collaborate with the IT corporate team to execute and support large-scale projects.
Utilize network programming languages to assist in system management and optimization.
Ensure proper deployment of software applications and hardware devices across the organization.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Citrix, Cisco, and Android technologies.
Document all support activities and maintain detailed records to enhance IT processes.
Requirements
Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft applications.
Experience working with cloud-based systems and employee support.
Familiarity with network programming languages and information systems management concepts.
Ability to work with technologies such as Android, Cisco, Citrix, and Mac computers.
Strong organizational skills and experience contributing to IT team projects.
