Project Manager, Event Management

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead content development for event breakout sessions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects while collaborating with a talented marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the completion of content development for assigned event breakout sessions.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to guarantee content excellence.
• Prepare reports for management on project status and coordinate with speakers and marketing managers.
• Maintain oversight of event content strategy, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with team members and external partners to foster a collaborative environment.

Skills

• 2-3 years of professional experience in project and event management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event marketing concepts and practices.
• Project management certifications (e.g., CMP, PMP, PgMP, Prince2) are a plus.
• Familiarity with content preparation and development processes for events.
