Job Details

Our major banking client in Columbus, Ohio is in need of a Change Management PM to join their team onsite for an 8-month contract.

Role Summary:

The CML Bank Program Manager is responsible for leading change management assessments for strategic projects, and provide guidance and direction as needed. They lead business readiness efforts for the segment to ensure colleague and customer success with program releases. They work under minimal guidance, supporting Commercial Program Managers, as they lead projects through the full program cycle, with a focus on change management and business readiness.

Primary Responsibilities:

Works with program managers, business unit manager(s), and project sponsors to establish change methodology needed for successful project implementations.

Partners closely with teams to integrate change management activities into overall implementation plans.

Works with stakeholders to develop business readiness deliverables like training and change communications required to prepare colleagues and customers

Escalates change management issues quicky and provides suggestions on how to mitigate

Ensures project deliverables meet colleague and customer needs

Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of project management or related experience

2+ years of Organizational Change Management or related experience

Excellent written and oral communications skills with demonstrated business writing experience.

Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years

o Commercial Banking / Financial services experience

o Implementing change management principles, tools, models.

o Managing large scale organizational change initiatives

o Leading multiple projects and supporting various business initiatives

Strong consulting skills, including the capability to quickly identify and develop improvement plans.

Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, recommend paths of action, and execute flawlessly.

Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates

Strong Analytical Skills

Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

Demonstration of strong influencing skills

Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
