Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational, communication, and customer service, and call center skills. This role involves maintaining high levels of customer service, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering questions from business partners and viewing client data.
  • Assisting with IT asset management systems, organizing and reviewing hardware inventories, and checking warranty statuses.
  • Reviewing hardware requests and submitting security requests for website logins.
  • Collaborating with business units to assist advisors with questions and needs.
  • Providing internal information and support.

Training:
  • In-house training on systems and business knowledge will be provided.
  • Training turnaround is 1 month.

Qualifications:
  • Strong soft skills are essential. Call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Preferably a 4-year degree or working towards/close to receiving a degree.
  • Relevant internship or professional experience in IT customer service, IT support, or IT troubleshooting.
  • Basic planning, organizational, time management, decision-making, and superb written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels and embrace change.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
