Job Details

This billion-dollar credit union in Northeast Philadelphia is growing and investing in their Information Systems area. The team is hiring a Quality Assurance Support Engineer to provide high quality software solutions. This is a full-time position, onsite in the office 5 days a week to start and move to 3 days in office after the first 3-6 months.

This is for someone looking for stability and a great team with members who truly care. You will be analyzing and ensuring functionality of software through manual testing. You will provide maintenance but also bring new ideas to the table. This is based in Northeast Philadelphia, and offers excellent benefits, room for growth and longevity. Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience testing software
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Jira, confluence
  • Agile
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Automation experience a plus
What You Will Be Doing
  • Evaluate software and systems to mitigate risks and proactively address potential issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including functionality, scalability, performance, and stress testing.
  • Develop and implement test scripts tailored to the scope and impact of each application.
  • Create and maintain documentation throughout the SDLC.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs.
